School was good today. I cut out a Quail (yes I'm on Q). The PTA lady talked to me and said that as of yesterday only 18 kids turned in readathon packets. That's pathetic. There are 280 students enrolled. Only 18 participated. Somethings not right! She said more kids may turn theirs in today and tomorrow. So far Ben is definitly in the lead. She said they will tally everything tomorrow after school.

That is pathetic. It's sad ... many famiies are in "survival mode" and don't have the time or energy to spend with their kids ... then of course there are those who choose not to take the time. We're so grateful for you and Chris. Keep up the good work!
