two boys in the same car for 100 miles arguing about touching and looking and poking at each other

by teresa

We had a great day in Richmond at the PTA general assembly day.
We left a bit before 6:00am and the boys were surprisingly chipper.
While there, we met the Governor (Tim Kaine) and listened to a bunch of opinions on a bunch of topics. Changing school calendars, clean air act, where to make budget cuts in k-12, crosswalk laws, cigarette tax raise, etc.
Some we agreed with...some not.
Those state PTA chicks can be intense.
It was a great experience...especially for the kids.
We walked all over the place and took tons of pictures.
The boys love all the historic buildings, statues and houses. We promised them a trip to Washington DC soon (Ben has never been).
After the sessions we looked up this place I had seen on Food networks: Dinners,drive-ins and Dives. It's called Dot's back inn.
Have mercy people.
That was some good vittles!

The pictures are really great. It looks like you had alot of fun. And Dot's Back Inn sounds really good, too. I wish they delivered.
