The literacy night program went very well at Ben's school tonight. They had pizza, drinks, and cookies...then we all went upstairs to the gymnatorium (yep...that's a real word). A storyteller came in and performed two stories. One she did by memory. She was great...she had the kids giggling up a storm. Mental not: I think this would be a good job for me. Anyway...all the teachers from each grade K-3 had presentations in four different rooms. Lots of reading and writing and memory games. Ben had a blast. Nick on the other hand...whined to go with us....ate the pizza....then whined to go over nanny Jackie's (about 6 houses down from school) until it was over. Here are some pics. of the evening.
