Yesterday Chris, Lauren and I went back on phase one of the southbeach diet. We all cheated big time over the holiday...so now we are going to be serious for a few weeks and then work our way to phase two again. So I'll be eating lots of boiled eggs, cheese sticks, and lunchmeat during the days. And back to nothing but MEAT and some veggies for dinners. Bye bye carbs! I'll miss you old friend!
