WE LOST OUR FIRST GAME *tear*
I don't like to lose! The kids don't like to lose! The parents and grandparents sure don't like to lose!
The score was 4 to 1 (Ben scored our only point).
Everyone seemed tired right out of the gate. It didn't help that 5 people didn't show up. Which means we had exactly enough kids to play (9)...no reserves. Every kid played the entire game. They were dragging by the 3rd quarter.
Well...no need to wallow. Our next game is Wednesday night at 7:00pm. And we intend to practice them HARD on tuesday to get ready for it! NO MERCY!!
