Our third game of the season went great! We won 2 to 1! But the best part was not just that we won...but that Kristian scored a goal!! The first goal of her soccer career. We all FREAKED OUT...to say the least. She looked very proud of herself. She also got the wind knocked out of her running head on with another player. She didn't back down....just slammed into the kid! Then shook it off and kept on playing. Chris said he is going to give her a little moolah for her hard work. It sure is fun to win......I hope I didn't just jinx us by saying that. Our next game is Saturday at 10:am at the Crestwood field. See you guys there.

Ben and Kai played really well, too. I can't wait until the next game.
Great game! Congratulations Kristian ... that's my girl! George promised her double moolah ... one for making the goal and one for taking the hit. We'll get back to the girly stuff Wednesday night ... although soccer is much more lucretive. Hey ... hard to believe this is the same little boy described earlier today in "not a morning person" post.
